Linkroad Franchise LLP is a limited liability partnership incorporated on June 16, 2023 under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with LLPIN ACB-5918, registered with the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad. Registered office: Plot No. 214, Kondapur, Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500084, India.
Our services are limited to: connecting F&B Brand Owners with prospective investors; conducting compatibility assessments; providing consulting guidance on franchise structures; mediating introductory discussions and negotiations; assisting with documentation coordination (not legal advice); facilitating site assessment coordination; and providing administrative support during pre-launch phases. Linkroad is not a party to, and assumes no obligations under, any franchise agreement entered into between a Brand Owner and an Investor.
By using our services you represent that: you are at least 18 years of age; if representing an entity, you have full authority to bind it to these Terms; all information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading; and your use does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Linkroad provides services on an "as available" and "best effort" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, including any guarantee that:
Franchise investments are inherently subject to business, market, regulatory, and operational risks. Linkroad makes no representations regarding the viability of any particular franchise opportunity.
This includes without limitation: engaging qualified legal counsel to review all agreements; engaging Chartered Accountants to assess brand financials and projected returns; independently verifying all Brand Owner representations; conducting site feasibility and regulatory compliance checks; and reviewing all applicable FSSAI, GST, and local licensing requirements.
All Users agree to: provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at all times; not misrepresent identity, financial capacity, or brand credentials; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during facilitation; not circumvent Linkroad's facilitation by directly contacting matched parties to bypass fee arrangements; and not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purpose.
Linkroad's fee structure is agreed separately in written engagement letters. Submission of an inquiry form creates no fee obligation. All fees are exclusive of applicable GST at the prevailing rate. Fees paid are non-refundable unless expressly agreed in writing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linkroad Franchise LLP, its designated partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from: use of our services; any franchise arrangement entered into as a result thereof; acts or omissions of any Brand Owner, Investor, or third party introduced through our services; or the failure of any franchise arrangement to launch or perform as expected.
Where liability cannot be entirely excluded, Linkroad's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the User to Linkroad in the preceding three (3) months.
All content on Linkroad's website — including branding, methodology documentation, and compiled profiles — is the intellectual property of Linkroad Franchise LLP. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written consent.
Information shared during facilitation (including brand financials, investor capacity, and commercial terms) is confidential in nature. Users agree not to disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
Linkroad reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any User at any time, with or without notice, if the User has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct harmful to other Users or to Linkroad. Termination does not affect payment obligations accrued prior to termination.
Linkroad may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Users expressly consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by written notice to balaramjayanthi9@gmail.com detailing the dispute and desired resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies per Clause 13.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with any separately executed engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications.
