Franchise Matching: To assess compatibility between Brand Owners and Investors and facilitate structured introductions;
Service Delivery: To provide consultation, mediation, documentation support, and launch facilitation;
Communication: To respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide status updates;
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and lawful government requests;
Service Improvement: To analyse usage patterns and improve our processes and offerings;
Marketing Communications: To send relevant updates or service announcements (you may opt out at any time).

Data Sharing and Disclosure

  Important — Profile Sharing Consent: By submitting an inquiry form or engaging Linkroad's facilitation services, you expressly consent to Linkroad sharing your profile with selected counterpart parties — i.e., an Investor profile being shared with relevant Brand Owners, or a Brand Owner profile being shared with qualifying Investors — for the purpose of franchise matching and facilitation.

4.1 Parties with Whom We Share Data

Brand Owners: Investor profiles (name, budget, locations, timeline) are shared when a potential match is identified;
Investors: Brand profiles (brand name, outlets, expansion goals, investment range) are shared at the matching stage;
Service Providers: Technology vendors and data storage providers under contractual confidentiality obligations;
Legal/Regulatory Authorities: Where required by law, court order, or lawful government request.

4.2 What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business information for advertising purposes;
We do not share your data with parties unrelated to your specific matching process without prior written consent;
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legally significant effects without human review.

Data Retention

Active engagement: Information is retained throughout your engagement with Linkroad's services;
Post-engagement: Data is retained for up to three (3) years after conclusion of an engagement for legal and audit purposes;
Unmatched inquiries: Inquiry data from Users who do not proceed to engagement is retained for up to twelve (12) months;
Marketing opt-out: Your opt-out preference is retained indefinitely to ensure compliance.

Security Measures

Linkroad implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures including: restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis; encrypted communication channels for sensitive document exchange; and access-controlled storage for digital records. No digital system is entirely immune to risk — please do not share sensitive financial documents through general web forms.
